Accommodation - daily room rate
including full country breakfast

Lake and Courtyard rooms:

Rates reduced for three or more nights.

Further discounts apply when all three rooms are booked by the same group.

With a light breakfast only, rates reduced by $5 per person per night.

'No breakfast' prices also available.

Evening meals

Set-menu meals, from $30 per person, are available by prior arrangement.

We are not licenced but you are welcome to bring your own refreshments.

There are restaurants in Pacific Palms, Smiths Lake (15 mins) and Forster/Tuncurry (35 mins).

Please note

At certain times there is a minimum stay of two nights.

Check in time is 2pm and check out is 10.30am.

We are a 'no smoking' establishment.

There are house pets on site.

Bookings

• For stays up to three nights, a deposit of one night's accommodation per room secures a booking.
• For longer stays, the deposit requirements vary depending on the time of year and the number of rooms booked.
• Payment is by cash, cheque (as long as cleared prior to your arrival), EFTPOS or credit card (Visa and Mastercard).
• Prices are fixed when the deposit is accepted.
• Rates and conditions are correct at January 2008.
• Rates are subject to change without notice.
• If your booking is cancelled…
• with 7 days' notice, your deposit, less $20 handling and banking fee, will be refunded
• with less than 7 days but more than 48 hours notice, one night's tariff may be retained at our discretion
• with less than 48 hours notice, your deposit is only refunded if your room is re-booked.
• All rates include GST.
